  1. If You are a nurse or if you know any nurse friends who have been abandoned by their sponsors/petitioners in recent years. If they already have established priority dates either in 2005 or 2006 but now have no sponsor, you can refer them to me , and I will pay you a fee of $ 400 on each nurse you refer ,if they meet our recruitment criteria

  3. @negaresh,

Yes you can. CGFNS accepts clubbed scores as long as both test results are currently valid.

  5. hello rajani,

can't finf the clubbed info anywhere. Do u have any link for the info.

    ReplyDelete
  6. overall band should be 6.5 and speaking would be 7

    ReplyDelete
  7. @kuwait,

There is no link as such. I had clubbed my score (I got once overall 6.5 speaking and next time I got overall 6 but speaking 7) and I was able to get my visa screen when CGFNS received both the TRFs. You can request British Council or IDP to give you the TRF for sending clubbed score.

Please read as overall 6.5 and speaking 6 (forgot to mention speaking 6)

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, one million citizens and legal immigrants currently are looking for work in Texas. At the same time, according to a 2010 Pew Hispanic Center study, there are one million illegal immigrants working or looking for work in Texas. That is unfair to legal workers.

Worksite enforcement efforts have fallen dramatically since President Obama took office—administrative arrests are down 79 percent from 2008, criminal arrests are down 62 percent, and convictions are down 70 percent. That means it is easier for illegal immigrants to keep jobs that rightly belong to U.S. citizens.

We could free up millions of jobs for Americans and legal immigrants if we enforced our immigration laws against illegal workers.

  25. Hi Raji,

I have also renewed a visascreen online very recently. They require us to submit a validation of license from a governing body only, nothing from a college of nursing.

    to Aubrey,

I'm in the UK at present and I have taken IELTS again in August last yr.as my visascreen had expired.

Hope these can be of help.

  27. Be positive with your dreams!
The right time will come before you crack! It's a matter of testing your real perseverance...

About visa screen...... my gf renewed it b4 our sked interview last oct 2010. The consular officer asked for other docs, but not the renewed visa screen certificate. Not very sure, but was thinking that visa screens are needed only during the filing of a case/petition at USCIS. I think a valid VSC is only needed upon filing a new petition, and not for a petition that was already filed, unless your petition was filed without it. Better ask your lawyers, and make sure they thought of their answers well.
    God bless,

    Caterine Jones

  28. caterin, thanks a lot. my priority date is feb. 2007, when i had my consular interview in manila for my H1-B, i was asked to provide a copy of my permanent RN license not my visa screen unlike the rest of us. fortunately, i was given 3 years but not my friends, they've got only 8 months!

    ReplyDelete
  29. CJ,

That happened too with one of my friends, when she went for a consular interview, she had an expired VS cert.but she was accepted. I just thought of renewing it before it's my turn as things might change and I can't afford to miss/delay the sched.of such interview as my daughter is close to a dependent age limit.

  30. CJ and STARLIGHT, i hope it will be the same for my EB-3 visa when it comes coz i simply hate to re-take the english exam, anyway i asked my recruiter regarding this matter and just waiting for their reply. thanks

  31. Hello Aubrey & Starlight,
I like your being optimistic and being good girl scouts - always ready at all times.
Well, there's nothing much better than to be ready for the worst scenario and be on top of it when it comes.
My family hold on to our dreams for 7 years of waiting despite being abandoned twice by our first petitioner, and once by the second. Our humility & persistence touches the first petitioner, which made them refer us to a friend Hospital, and here we are in the US now, landing a job in another hospital recommended by the first petitioner.... Hmmmmmmm, that was very complicated, and we never thought it would go through, but it was the GOOD LORD and the Good Virgin Mary of Ermita & Simala that helped us through the interview.......

  32. hi
I want to know that priority date is the time that we apply for immigration or is the time that our document were approved in the immigration process?is there anyone who could help me?

    ReplyDelete
  33. CJ,
It's just a matter of PATIENCE and DETERMINATION. THANKS

    ReplyDelete
  34. negaresh,
The date when the USCIS receives all your documents will be your priority date. Just make sure once it's approved, re-check your priority date coz what happened with me,they put my priority date when they approved it, it's good my recruiter immediately fixed it and didn't take much time. hope this helps

  35. Congratulations CJ, Job well done! Perseverance is the key to success, of course always with prayer. Wish you more success with your biggest move to the dreamland.

Were you able to get a reply from your recruiter concerning VisaScreen Certificate as to when it is needed? Is it needed during the case filing at the NVC or during consular interview for the issuance of immigrant visa of healthcare workers?
    Thanks very much.

  41. To aubrey

Thank you so much, aubrey. I'm so happy for you that you're now there in the US working as a nurse while waiting for your EB3 petition, unlike me. Every time I applied for a US employment under working visa, the agency turns me down because of my pending EB3 petition, citing conflict of interest as the primary reason.

    ReplyDelete
  42. jean,
thanks, conflict of interest??? i think it depends upon your agency.partly, can't blame them coz it's risky on their part like what happened in my agency, they applied 60 RN's for HI-B and only 2 of us were approved ,then tried the others for the 2nd time, 3 got it after re-application. and it's too expensive..they loss huge amount of money that's why they stop it now. hope this info helps

    ReplyDelete
  43. aubrey,

Thanks very much for that info. It's now crystal clear to me that the agency was just playing safe then.
