Employment Third:

Worldwide: June through September 2004
China: October through December 2003

  3. Hi Sherry,

Regardless of whether EB3 becomes current or Schedule A bill gets passed this year or next year, are there opening for Nurses or PTs in USA. Even if either of above happens, if there is no vacancy no hospital or staffing company are going to process our case.

Can you please post present situation and what will be the situation in 2011 based on valued experience.

  4. Hi Rajani,
read Chris Musillo's post on his blog today. He has made it quite clear on the progress of schedule A legislation and the snail paced visa bulletine. I am already here in the US and agree with his assesment.Theres alot of bickering going on in DC that immigration is the last thing on anyones mind. The thing is people here cant find jobs and so no one in washington has the guts to introduce legislation that will b deemed as taking american jobs and giving them to foreigners. We ve to face the bitter fact that we might just wait until visas become available to realise the american dream.

  6. Some of the Nurses are incompetent so they do not find suitable jobs or good payment inspite of being in USA.
These are the one wasting their valuable time in writing useless comments in this blogs.
Please make use of your valuable time in something productive rather than giving nonsense suggestions to others.

    Be wise .......

  7. its not surprising if the priority dates for EB 3 Phil and ROW will retrogress further to 2000 to 2001 by the opening of the new fiscal year by October... and hoping it will not retrogress further to 1998 to 1999.............just a thought. ALL WE NEED IS MIRACLE......MIRACLE FROM HEAVEN..............

  9. Ice Dragon is in the acceptance level already and a lot of us are in the in that level long time ago but few are just too hallucinated that they need more therapy and medications to accept that reality!

Pity them? Not really! Let them hang in the clouds and fly until they realize that they are just too dumb to accept the truth!

  14. Obama Calls for U.S. Immigration Reform

President Barack Obama is calling for action to reform U.S. immigration policy. Obama says the U.S. immigration system is "broken and dangerous," and the country's borders are too vast for the problem to be solved only by building more fences.

"In sum, the system is broken, and everybody knows it," he said. "Unfortunately, reform has been held hostage to political posturing and special-interest wrangling, and to the pervasive sentiment in Washington that tackling such a thorny and emotional issue is inherently bad politics," Obama added.

Speaking at American University's School of International Service, the president made his first major appeal for a comprehensive reform of the nation's immigration policies. He did not announce any new initiatives on the issue, but called overhauling the U.S. immigration system "a moral imperative."
