H-1B Cap Count as of 4/27/2010

USCIS reports H-1B petitions are extremely slow moving this year. As of the 4/27/2010 count, only 16,500 petitions have been filed against the regular H-1B cap and only 6,900 have been filed against the Master's cap count.

  3. It is really funny;

    if you are a fashion model you can have an H1 B visa. Apparently, being a fashion model is more important than being a nurse. Wow!

    Because fashion models are generally white, while nurses are mostly brown. Don't tell me this the first time you have noticed racism in US immigration policies?
